Italy has unrestricted digital access via PSN Italia, Microsoft Store IT and the Rockstar Store at EUR pricing with 22% IVA included. GTA VI is a PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and S release only, with no PC version announced, so Steam and the Epic Games Store have nothing to sell and any listing claiming otherwise is a scam.
