Olcsó (csak legális)
The cheapest legitimate way to buy Grand Theft Auto VI
1. Regionális árazás Steamen (a legnagyobb legális megtakarítás)
Take-Two publishes Steam prices in local currency for ~30 regional storefronts. In ten markets, the local-currency price has historically worked out to significantly less than the US dollar price for AAA Rockstar releases. Brazil has been the deepest — past Rockstar releases launched in BRL at roughly half the dollar-converted equivalent.
The catch: regional pricing only applies on a storefront account registered to that country, paid with a local payment method. Don't VPN-shop into a cheaper region with a foreign card — Steam, PSN, and Microsoft all enforce billing-country alignment, and Take-Two has revoked grey-market keys sourced from cheaper regions for years.
Erős regionális árazású piacok a GTA 6-hoz
2. Hivatalos digitális viszonteladók
Three publisher-authorized digital resellers occasionally beat first-party launch-window pricing:
- Green Man Gaming — Steam and Rockstar Launcher keys from the publisher partner program. VIP discount stacks on MSRP during launch windows.
- Fanatical — Steam keys via Valve's official partner relationship. Newsletter discount stacks during launch windows. As of mid-2026, GTA VI is wishlist-only on Fanatical pending day-one access from Take-Two.
- Humble Store — Steam keys via Valve's partner program. Humble Choice members get an additional 5% on most pre-orders. Take-Two has historically not given Humble day-one access for Rockstar tentpoles, but worth checking near launch.
The line between "authorized digital reseller" and "grey market" is the publisher relationship. GMG, Fanatical, and Humble have it. Kinguin, G2A, CDKeys, Eneba, and Instant Gaming do not.
3. Kiadás-matematika — a Standard az olcsó út
Standard Edition is the cheapest legitimate path in absolute terms for any market without regional pricing. Standard at $69.99 / £64.99 / €74.99 ships the entire single-player campaign and the full GTA Online launch package. The Deluxe Edition adds a bag of GTA Online cosmetics for a $20-30 premium — if you don't play Online, the Deluxe is the same single-player game at a higher price.
The Collector's Edition is priced at roughly 2.5x the Standard. You're paying for the SteelBook, the art book, and the physical extras. The game inside is identical. If you want the object, the Collector's makes sense. If you want the cheapest legitimate single-player experience, you want the Standard.
4. Időzítés — mikor csökkennek valóban az árak
AAA Rockstar releases on console rarely discount in the first six weeks. Pre-order pricing matches launch-day pricing for every digital storefront in our tracker. Steam typically holds MSRP through the first 90 days post-launch, then drops 10-20% during the first major Steam sale (Spring/Summer/Autumn/Winter Sale, whichever falls first).
PSN and Microsoft Store follow a different pattern: 10-15% off during "Days of Play," "Big Game Hunt," or seasonal sales, often in the 60-90 day post-launch window. The Rockstar Games Store runs its own sales calendar with the deepest first-party PC discounts during the Halloween / Black Friday / December holiday window.
If launch-week is non-negotiable (you want to play GTA 6 the night of November 19, 2026), there's no legitimate way around MSRP. If timing is flexible, waiting 90 days is the most reliable legitimate saving. → Track active sales here.
5. Ismerendő határesetek
- Cross-buy on Microsoft Store — if Take-Two enables Xbox Play Anywhere, a single Microsoft Store purchase covers Xbox Series + Windows PC. Historically Rockstar has not enabled this on GTA, but worth checking near launch.
- PlayStation Plus discounts — PS Plus members occasionally see a small additional discount on AAA pre-orders. The discount is usually 10% off Deluxe, applied at the PSN cart.
- Best Buy Total Tech / GameStop Pro membership — physical-disc memberships occasionally offer 5-10% off pre-orders. Whether the membership pays for itself depends on how many AAA games you buy.
- Target RedCard — standing 5% off any Target purchase, the cleanest in-built saving on a US physical pre-order.
- Cross-platform release timing — the PC version of every modern Rockstar release has shipped 3-12 months after console at the same MSRP. PC patience is its own form of saving if you'd planned to buy on console anyway.
Amit nem fogunk csinálni
We don't list grey-market key resellers regardless of price. Kinguin, G2A, CDKeys, Eneba, and Instant Gaming source keys from arbitrage between regional pricing tiers and from compromised credit cards. Take-Two has been revoking those keys at scale for years. The savings are not real once you account for the revocation rate.
We don't suggest VPN-shopping into a cheaper region with a foreign credit card. The storefront enforces billing-country alignment, and the routine outcome is a key revocation, an account flag, or a chargeback. The notional saving is paid back in full when the key dies.
We don't list third-party Mercado Libre / eBay / Discord / Telegram "digital code" sellers pre-launch. Those listings are virtually all phishing or fraud.
