Script Hook V is the runtime library that loads ASI plugins into GTA V's single-player process. Most of the well-known mods (LSPDFR, Menyoo, NaturalVision) sit on top of it.
Single-player only
Like everything else here. The author auto-disables the library when GTA V detects an Online connection, which is how it has stayed up.
